About the Wi-Fi service
The Wi-Fi comes with content filtering and quality broadband. Once connected, patients have direct access to general internet services, email and entertainment platforms including Inverness Hospital Radio.
Patients can connect to the free Wi-Fi with their own personal devices, whether this is a smartphone, tablet, or laptop. When staying in hospital, patients should remember to bring along a device that has access to the internet, as well as a charger and headphones.
The connection will show as an Unsecured Network in Wi-Fi settings.
Support
Posters are displayed in hospitals showing how to connect the Wi-Fi with devices.
A WiFi SPARK service support desk is also available 24 hours a day for those who need additional support:
- phone 0344 848 9555 - calls to this number may be charged, depending on your phone service provider
- email support@wifispark.com
