About SCLIP
The SCLIP programme is a 4-month Quality Improvement learning programme. It is a development programme for managers who want to:
- coach and lead teams to improve their services
- help embed improvement strategies within their organisation
NHS Highland staff can apply. They will be required to evidence that their project relates to the Excellence in Care Framework.
We would encourage applications from all health and social care fields, in order to boost QI knowledge in your workplace.
