Culture change and support for staff
On this page
Our cultural transformation programme - Listening, Learning and Living Our Values.
Listening, Learning and Living Our Values includes:
- finding ways to promote the behaviours we want to encourage
- updating structure, like our Board and Committee structures
- improving processes, like grievance and bullying procedures
- a new approach to recruitment, including continuous recruitment to posts like nursing, and recruiting people who share our values
- The Healing Process (now concluded), a unique programme to support and learn from people who experienced bullying or harassment which was accessed by over 300 people
We have also introduced a range of free supports for colleagues.
