Alison McGrory, Associate Director for Public Health for Argyll and Bute HSCP said: "With more ill-health in the population than ever before and very stretched health services, there is an urgent need to us all to consider how we prevent health problems from occurring. This action should be at all levels, including thinking about what we can do as individuals to stay well and healthy for longer."
