Patient Advice and Support Service

The Patient Advice and Support Service (PASS) is an independent service, part of Scottish Citizens Advice Bureau.

This is a free and confidential service, assisting patients as they provide feedback and make complaints about their NHS treatments. They cannot give medical advice.

Alongside one to one support, their website, chatbot and helpline all offer valuable resources to guide vulnerable people, their carers and families through this process. In the Highland Health and Social Care Partnership area this includes adult social care.
