A little support
On this page
Services and organisations that provide support if making changes by yourself is challenging.
The next step up might be to get some support and encouragement to make such changes. This might be from friends and family, a peer support group, or community-based informal learning groups aimed at improving emotional wellbeing.
Different areas across NHS Highland may have different resources, so it is useful to search a directory such as Highland Mental Wellbeing.
Other opportunities are available remotely across Scotland, such as online courses - most of these are accessed via self-referral.
