Contact the Feedback team
On this page
We would like to hear and understand your comments, opinions, concerns or suggestions. It is very important for us to receive positive feedback as well as concerns or formal complaints about the care and services you have received.
We would always encourage you to talk to staff but we understand that not everyone finds this easy.
We are always looking to improve and can learn from what went well as well the things you were not pleased with.

Important: Feedback, complaints and your rights
The Charter of Patient Rights and Responsibilities summarises what you are entitled to and what is expected of you when you use NHS services and receive NHS care in Scotland. It also explains what you can do if you feel that your rights have not been respected.
Feedback, complaints and your rights at NHS inform goes into further detail about feedback, advice and support.
View information at NHS inform in BSL (video) about giving feedback or making a complaint about your care.
