Timeline for implementation

Our implementation timeline will be over the five years 2022 to 2027.

It will be delivered in stages with our population and our people through our Annual Delivery Plans until we fully implement Together We Care, with you, for you in 2027.

We will embed mechanisms to review progress, be intelligence led and identify risks to ensure we keep on track and work in a cohesive, inclusive and informed way.

1. 2022-23: Basics - creating our firm foundation to recover and plan for the future
2. 2023-24: Build - transforming our services to enable better delivery
3. 2025-26: Better - learning and improving from our building
4. 2026-27: Best - delivery the ambitions and actions of Together We Care
