NHS Highland is seeking to recruit two new Non-Executive Directors for the Board.

What’s involved?

NHS Highland is looking for two new members to join its Board. These are challenging, rewarding and worthwhile opportunities that will involve around one day per week on NHS Board business. In return, you will be paid £9,030 per annum (non-pensionable). You will also get reasonable travel and subsistence costs, dependant carer expenses and support to help you carry out your duties.

We want to hear from people from a range of backgrounds who have a commitment to helping us improve the health and wellbeing of the people living in Highland and Argyll and Bute who share the NHS Scotland Values which guide the work of the Board in everything that it does. We are particularly looking for people who have experience in audit and risk management and overseeing clinical and care governance in the NHS, local authority or third/independent sectors.
