Adult Social Care Commissioned Services - Safer Staffing Act Annual Report

Under the Health and Care (Staffing) (Scotland) Act 2019, every local authority and integration authority must publish information annually on the steps they have taken to comply with the requirement in section 3(2) of this Act, regarding the planning and securing of care services and any ongoing risks that may affect their ability to comply with this requirement.

Integration Scheme

The Highland Partnership of NHS Highland and the Highland Council is committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for our population and service users. We believe that services should be person-centred and enabling, should anticipate and prevent need as well as react to it, should be evidence based and acknowledge risk.

Joint Strategic Needs Assessment

This Joint Strategic Needs Assessment (JSNA) aims to provide an overview of population health and wellbeing needs of the adult population of the Highland council area. A JSNA looks at the current and future health and care needs of local populations to inform and guide the planning and commissioning of health, wellbeing and social care services within a partnership area.
