Medical students (clinical placements)

NHS Highland has medical students on clinical placements at our hospitals and in general practice from all five medical schools in Scotland.

Staff are involved in formal timetabled teaching as well as in the clinical setting. There are opportunities for medical staff to support the universities with clinical simulation sessions, assessments and examinations and multiple mock interviews for applicants to medical school.
